About Us Originally from Philadelphia, the Breslin family has been in the business of buying and selling jewelry for nearly 40 years. In 1975, CJ Breslin and his brother Dan opened a jewelry store in the Roxborough section of Philadelphia. Along with selling estate jewelry, they began to buy silver and gold, amongst other precious metals. In 1982, CJ Breslin relocated with his wife and 4 children to Bucks County, and opened up a store in the Montgomeryville Mart, called Estate Jewelers. Seven years later, CJ opened Dublin Jewelers in Lansdale, where he still works, buying, selling, and creating custom pieces. CJ also buys antiques. Beginning when Neill Breslin was seven, he would go with his father to work and began to help in any way he could. It was an instant connection for him. Neill is GIA certified at the highest level, Graduate Jewelry Gemologist. He is also an AJP (Accredited Jewelry Professional), and a GRM (graduate retail management), and now has taken over ownership of Dublin Jewelers. Neill also does custom design work in wax.
